No, this great information isn’t in my book or the new one I’ve just started. However, it’s that time of year!  Here’s something that’s great for all you BRIDES and BRIDES-TO-BE. This advice will help you on your wedding day and many, many days after when the newness of married life settles in. And well, let’s just say it’s great advice for your life.

Wisdom: Preparing a Wedding Day Emergency Kit

Your wedding day is stressful enough with all details and you want them to come together in just the right way. Therefore, an emergency wedding kit can “save” the day so there are as few glitches as possible.

Here are a few things you may want to include in a basket and place in the lady’s room during the reception and a small basket for the church as well. Your emergency kit should contain the following: adhesive bandages, baby powder, brush/comb, contact lens solutions, eye drops, feminine hygiene products, Tylenol or similar, antacid, bobby pins, clear nail polish, dental floss, deodorant, double-sided tape, earring backs, emery boards, hair spray, hand lotion, lint brush, makeup, mending kit, small mirror, safety pins, stain remover, SuperGlue, tissues, toothpaste, and breath mints.
