·        We put our HOPE in the Lord. He is our help and our shield. Psalm 33:20

·        Wearing an attitude of HOPE always makes you look much more attractive!

·        Be the HOPE that someone else needs ~ reach out today and help someone.

·        Having HOPE will give you courage. Job 11:18

If you’re new to my blog, just pull up a comfortable chair and you’ll learn more about some of the things in my book Fresh Hope … Cleveland. Today you’ll learn a little more about the theme of the book: HOPE.

Above you’ll find the second set of HOPEful messages I’ve posted on my Facebook page and on the book’s page — Fresh Hope Cleveland. I started posting “Today’s Message of HOPE on July 10 and every day since. I’ve written enough HOPEful messages to post one every day through September 30. So look for them and come and “LIKE” Fresh Hope Cleveland on Facebook!

Today I just want to touch on one of these messages. It’s my favorite and is very near and dear to my heart.

~ Be the HOPE that someone else needs ~ reach out today and help someone.

We live in a society that is so consumed with getting ahead and we’ve learned to think too much about ourselves. But did you know that doing things for others can actually work to bring good things to your life and well as the dear person you choose to help? It’s true. It’s called the Law of Reciprocity. It’s a spiritual principle. It means what you give out, you get back in return. For example, if you help someone as in Today’s Message of Hope, someone will help you in return. It won’t necessarily come from the same person, but you will receive help in return.

Here’s another benefit of helping someone: It makes you feel good about yourself! Helping another person brings those great feelings you feel deep in your heart. It’s so rewarding to help someone else! Reach out today to someone. Be someone’s HOPE, you’ll make your life better as well!
